My name is Carlos Sanchez (yes, really!) and I am a Spanish/Australian who has worked within the tourism and travel industry for nearly 20 years.

I am the founder and owner of Stay Eat Explore. I take great pride in making sure that each trip and each traveller leaves with not only great memories, but a better understanding and appreciation of Spanish culture.
